{for a long time, there were two...}

...I still can't believe it... March 1st can't come soon enough! When we first found out we were expecting, we were very, very cautious and apprehensive because of what happened last time. After the miscarriage, I had a strong confirmation that adoption was the route we needed to go, and we didn't hesitate. We started the process immediately after and were certain a baby was coming soon. Little did we know, I'd be the one carrying it.

I'm 15 weeks and things are going great! I've welcomed the 24 hour nauseousness and exhaustion with open arms, but I'm thankful the 2nd trimester has brought a little relief and more energy!

We're so excited for what's to come and so anxious to meet this little person growing inside me!

To this day I am 100000% certain I would have never gotten pregnant if we hadn't tried adoption. It's what Heavenly Father required of us.

So so so happy for you guys! You'll be awesome parents. :-)

I'm so excited for you guys!! I love your story too because my sister couldn't get pregnant after having her first and after 4 years of trying they decided to go the adoption route...low and behold the same thing happened to her-she got pregnant! (And then got a bonus baby a couple years later.) I'm so happy for you Shannon!
