{why do you want to lose weight?}


Every woman I know wants to lose a pound or two...or more. Forget the number though. Why do you want to lose weight?

Same reasons as yours. Mostly because I want to have kids. They say you have way more time when you don't have kids so obviously I should be focusing on myself and lose the weight NOW which seems...hard.

I feel a lot better physically and mentally at a lower weight. When I am "up" 5 or 10 or 15, which happens more often than I would like, I feel more sluggish and unmotivated. (And I like my "skinny jeans" way more than my high waisted "mom" jeans.)

I want to feel good. Physically and mentally. After a good workout, man doesnt it feel good when your in shape. Compared to when Your not. I wanna feel good everyday. I also like to look in the mirror and like what I see. I have figured out that I like to workout...I dont do so well with the eating right thing as much. When i fugured out that eating was 80% of it, thats when the weight started comin off. It hard though! dang it! I dont think its truly EaSy for anyone although its nice to think its easier for those size 2's. I read a book that helped me understand better...Intuitive eating. Ever heard of it?
