{sold!}

We put in an offer....

...and they accepted!

I'm excited and terrified at the same time for what happens next, but we feel good about it! If you have any advice, leave it here!

Wish us luck!

Oh my goodness, CONGRATULATIONS! That is SO exciting!!! I can't wait to see photos and hear about your decorating projects!

As for advice, hmm, there are a lot of things I could say since we just went through the whole process. I will say that the biggest thing is to relax, not stress out too much, and not let the whole lending process get to you too much. There were days where I found myself in tears because our loan officer and underwriter would call needing documentation of the most ridiculous things. Sometimes getting our hands on the paperwork they wanted was near impossible, or took a lot of phone calls and letters. Many tears were shed, we were both totally stressed out, but in the end? It all worked out and we couldn't be happier.

I am sure the same will happen for you....congratulations again, and enjoy it!

I don't have any advice, as I've yet to go through this! You will have to share your advice with me once you are done! Good luck with everything -- and be sure to post some photos sometime! I'd love to see the new digs!

Congratulations! What an exciting time for you guys. I hope it's out this way. I can't wait to see what you do with the place. My advice...live in the space for a while before you decide to make any major changes...sometimes it takes a while of living in it and "feeling" it before you really know how you want to change it to make it yours.

congrats shan! so so so exciting. this means you get to PAINT!! yaaaaay!

so to make the quilt you zig zag stitch the circle (really close to the edge) onto each square and then sew all the squares together. does that help?
