{one of those days}

Do you ever have one of those days?
You know the one I'm talking about.
The kind of day that isn't really a great day, but it's also not really a bad day either, until right before the work day is almost over when the $#!% hits the fan.
Yep, it's been one of those days.
*sigh*
I think I'll go for a jog, then take a bath and watch Pride and Prejudice-my go to movie when I want to relax and pretend I'm Elizabeth Bennett falling in love with Mr Darcy.
Don't judge. You know you do it too.
How do you de-stress?

Ugh I know how you feel. I destress by talking to people about all the crap that's stressing me out, then I realize it's not that big of a deal. Or I take a really big deep breath. Or I eat, wait that stresses me out too! Jk A good movie definetly takes it away.

Just last night $#!% hit the fan for me. Being a mother of two it is little hard to get a second of relaxation in one of those moments. So when I need something I simply open my front door. Step out leaving my two screaming kids inside. Take a few deep breaths, say a little prayer and head back to work. I need a break.

It's all about the Ben and Jerry's...and I do the Pride and Prejudice thing too. Have you ever seen Persuasion? That is a good Jane Austen movie.

I head to Cafe Rio, get myself something tasty then head to the video store for a chick flick. And veg out until I feel better.

There is nothing like a bath and a good book. Although I love the lady who said she just has to step outside her door for the peace and quiet...I can relate.

P.S. This is a totally hot mamma picture of you!

To de-stress I read a good book in a nice warm bubble bath {I love getting the spine wet and bending it for some reason}, then I get out and turn on Pride and Prejudice{either the A&E version or the one with Keira Knightly depending on the mood}.
Have you ever sceen Bride and Prejudice? It is Bollywood's musical version of Pride and Prejudice.
